«Պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների ռեկտորների խորհուրդ» ՀԿ-ի 04.11.2020 հայտարարությանը, որը Շիրակի պետական համալսարանն ուղարկել էր միջազգային գործընկեր համալսարաններին, արձագանքել են Իսպանիայի Ռովիրա և Վիրջիլի համալսարանից՝ հայտնելով իրենց զորակցությունը։

Dear friends from Armenia,

Thank you for sending this message to us. I have re-sent this letter to

the Head of Protocol of the URV to show it to the Rector and take the

appropriate course of action.

From my side, I just want to express here, among our BOOST friends, my

deepest appreciation for the Armenian partners, who after four years of

collaboration, have become friends. I, and I am sure that I am talking

as well on behalf of Margarita and the URV, hope that a peaceful

solution to the present conflict can still be found. Please receive my

deepest support in these difficult times.
