Mettez fin aux crimes contre l’humanité!
Շիրակի պետական համալսարանը, լինելով Հայաստանի հյուսիսի կարևորագույն կրթօջախներից մեկը և պատասխանատու լինելով աշխարհաքաղաքացի կրթելու վեհ գործին, դիմում է ձեզ՝ միանալու «Վեր՛ջ մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություններին» կոչին։
Մեր երկիրը դարեր շարունակ իր հողը ներկել է իր զավակների արյամբ, ովքեր քրիստոնեական խաղաղասիրությամբ հավատում էին մարդկային խղճի հաղթանակին։ Ուղիղ 1 դար առաջ, 20-րդ դարասկզբին, մեր պատմության էջը ներկվեց ցեղասպանության գույնով։ Այսօր՝ պատմության անիվի հերթական շրջադարձին՝ ձեռագիրը նույնն է։
2020թ. սեպտեմբի 27-ին 10 000 000 բնակչություն ունեցող Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմը 150 000 բնակիչ ունեցող Արցախի դեմ (նախկին անունը՝ Ղարաբաղ) ուղեկցվում է ոչ միայն մեր զինծառայողների, այլև խաղաղ բնակչության զոհերով։ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակիչների անվտանգությունն ապահովում է գրեթե 3 000 000 բնակչությություն ունեցող Հայաստանը, Իսկ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գործողություններին ռազմական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում շուրջ 80 000 000 բնակչութուն ունեցող Թուրքիան։
Հստակ է, որ ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմն Արցախի ու Հայաստանի դեմ կռվում է ոչ միայն բնակչության ու բանակների անհամադրելի տարբերությամբ ու գերազանցությամբ, այլև՝ վարձկան-ահաբեկիչների օգնությամբ (էլ չենք խոսում Ադրբեջանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի խոշոր գործընկեր Թուրքիայի սպառազինության անհամեմատելիության մասին)։
Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ցեղասպան գործողության շարունակություն։
Այսպիսով՝ Արցախյան առաջնագիծը դառնում է քաղաքակրթական առաջնագիծ։ Արցախը կռվում է միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ։
Մարդկության պատմության քաղաքակրթական բոլոր փուլերում գիտական ներուժը եղել է մարդկության առաջընթացի շարժիչ ուժը և չարիքների կանխարգելման պատվարը։ Շիրակի պետականան համալսարանը կոչ է անում միանալ շարժմանը, հանդես գալ «Վեր՛ջ մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություններին» կոչով և նպաստել մարդկության դեմ կատարվող հանցագործությունների կանխմանը։

Dear partners, State University of Shirak, being one of the most important educational institutions in the north of Armenia, and being responsible for the noble task of educating the citizen, appeals to you to join the call “STOP THE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!”.
For centuries, our country has stained its land with the blood of its children, who believed in the victory of the human conscience with Christian peaceableness.
Exactly one century ago, at the beginning of the 20th century, the page of our history was painted with the color of Genocide. Today, at the next turnover of the wheel of history, the handwriting is the same.
On September 27, 2020, the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, with a population of 10.000.000 against Artsakh (formerly called Nagorno Karabakh) with a population of 150,000 is accompanied not only by the casualties of our servicemen but also by the victims of civilian population. The security of the civilians of Artsakh is ensured by Armenia with a population of almost 3.000.000, meanwhile, military operations of Azerbaijan are supported by Turkey with a population of 83.000.000.
It is clear that Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem is fighting against Artsakh and Armenia not only with incomparable differences and superiority of the population and armies, but also with the help of mercenary terrorists (not to mention the incomparability of the armaments of Azerbaijan and Turkey- a major NATO partner).
This is nothing but a continuation of the genocidal action.
Thus, the Artsakh frontline becomes a civilized front line. Artsakh is fighting against international terrorism.
Dear partners, at all stages of the human history of civilization, the scientific potential has been the driving force of human progress, the bulwark of evil prevention. State University of Shirak calls for to join “STOP THE CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!” movement and contribute to the prevention of crimes against humanity.

Die Shirak-Universität, die eine der größten Bildungszentren von Nordarmenien ist und Verantwortung für die Bildung vom Weltbürger trägt, ruft auf, sich dem Aufruf «Ende den Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit» anzuschließen.
Unser Land hat jahrhundertelang seine Erde mit dem Blut seiner Söhne gefärbt, die mit der christlichen Friedlichkeit an den Sieg vom Menschengewissen glaubten.
Gerade vor einem Jahrhundert, am Anfang des 21. Jahrhunderts wurde die Seite unserer Geschichte mit der Farbe des Genozids gefärbt. Heute, an der Wende der Geschichte gilt dieselbe Handschrift.
Der am. 27. 09. 2020 von Aserbaidschan, mit 10 000 000 Einwohnerzahl, ausgelöste Krieg gegen Arzach (früher Kharabach), mit 150 000 Einwohnerzahl, wird nicht nur mit dem Tod unserer Soldaten sondern auch der friedlichen Bevölkerung geführt. Die Sicherheit der friedlichen Bevölkerung von Arzach wird von Armenien, mit 3 000 000 Einwohnern, gesichert, während den Kriegshandlungen von Aserbaidschan die Türkei, mit 80 000 000 Einwohnern, Beistand leistet.
Es ist klar, dass aserbaidschanisch-türkisches Tandem gegen Armenien und Arzach kämpft nicht nur mit dem Unterschied und mit der Überlegenheit der Bevölkerung und der Armee, die nicht gleichgestellt werden können, sondern auch mithilfe der Söldnern und Terroristen (geschweige denn über die unvergleichbare Rüstung der Türkei, die der große Partner von Aserbaidschan und Nato ist).
Das ist nichts anderes als die Fortsetzung des Genozids.
Also, die Frontlinie von Arzach wird die Frontlinie der Zivilisation. Arzach kämpft gegen den internationalen Terrorismus.
In allen Zivilisationsphasen der Menschengeschichte war das wissenschaftliche Potenzial die Treibkraft für den Fortschritt der Menschheit und die Mauer für die Vorbeugung des Übels.
Die Staatliche Shirak-Universität ruft auf, sich der Bewegung anzuschließen und mit dem Aufruf «Ende den Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit» aufzutreten, und damit zur Vorbeugung der Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit beizutragen.
Unsere Sache ist gerecht.

L’Université d’État de Shirak, étant l’une des institutions éducatives les plus importantes du nord de l’Arménie et responsable de l’éducation des citoyens, s’adresse à tout le monde pour rejoindre l’appel «Mettre fin aux crimes contre l’humanité».
Pendant des siècles, notre pays a souillé son sol du sang de ses enfants, qui croyaient à la victoire de la conscience humaine par la paix chrétienne. Il y a exactement un siècle, au début du XXe siècle, la page de notre histoire était peinte dans la couleur du génocide. Aujourd’hui, au prochain tour de roue de l’histoire, l’écriture est la même.
Le 27 septembre 2020 La guerre déclenchée par l’Azerbaïdjanqui compte 10 000 000 habitants contre l’Artsakh, qui compte 150 000 habitants (anciennement Karabakh), s’accompagne non seulement des pertes de nos militaires, mais aussi de la population civile. La sécurité des civils de l’Artsakh est assurée par l’Arménie, qui compte près de 3 000 000 habitants, et la Turquie, avec la population de 80 000 000 habitants fournit une assistance militaire aux hostilités d’ Azerbaïdjan.
Il est clair que le tendem Azebaïdjan-Turquie se bat contre l’Artsakh et l’Arménie non seulement avec des différences et une supériorité incomparable de la population et des armées, mais aussi avec l’aide de terroristes mercenaires(sans parler de l’incomparabilité des armements de l’Azerbaïdjan, l’un des principaux partenaires de l’OTAN : la Turquie).
Ce n’est rien d’autre que la continuation de l’action génocidaire. Ainsi, la ligne de front d’Artsakh devient une ligne de front civilisatrice. L’Artsakh lutte contre le terrorisme international.
Chers compatriotes, à toutes les étapes de l’histoire de l’humanité, le potentiel scientifique a été le moteur du progrès humain, le rempart de la prévention du mal. L’Université d’État de Shirak appelle à rejoindre le mouvement, à lancer un appel «Mettre fin aux crimes contre l’humanité» et contribuer à la prévention des crimes contre l’humanité.
Notre action est juste.
