In-house trainings in the scope of Erasmus+ SMARTI project continue

On April 7-8 2022, the second phase of multiplier training was held at SUSh in the scope of Erasmus+ SMARTI project.

In his welcome speech SUSh Rector Mr. Y. Serobyan stressed the importance of those kinds of trainings and the need of  broader involvement.

The topic of the training was SWOT analysis as  a means of organization and personnel self-analysis.

The training was conducted by the project local coordinator Hovik Melkonyan. During the training H. Melkonyan mentioned the importance of SWOT analysis in the activities of each organization to highlight its strengths and weaknesses. He also presented some methods of SWOT analysis.

During the training the participant go tasks to make “Personnel SWOT”  and “SWOT on introducing EMI in Informatics and Applied Mathematics program”.

The next day practical session continued. SMARTI team member Hasmik Matikyan presented SWOT analysis in research works by the example of her article.

The next phase of the training is planned on April 13-14.
