ERASMUS+ BOOST Project In-House Trainings for Strategic Internationalization Plan Development
On April 13, 2018 ERASMUS+ BOOST project ShSU team conducted training for more than 50 university employees including deans, heads of departments, academics and student representatives.
They were presented the aim, objectives and outcomes of ERASMUS+ BOOST project, university internationalization vision and mission, SWOT and SOAR analysis, the aim and activities of Strategic Internationalization Plan, implementation plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), as well as the importance of communication during the development process.
Next ShSU team will implement workshop (practical work) in every department of the university.
