“YOUTH DEVELOPMENT” PROGRAMME
Dear students,
Shirak State University and International Academy of Business (IAB) start the “YOUTH DEVELOPMENT” programme sponsored by the “Coca Cola Hellenic Armenia” company.
The programme aims at training and motivating young people aged 18-30 both in the regions and in Yerevan.
On May 11-12, 2018, ShSU students can develop their LIFE AND BUSINESS SKILLS through free trainings. During the whole training one MENTOR will work with 10 participants.
LIFE SKILLS:
· self-appraisal and self-improvement;
· foundation and enhancement of professional relations;
· feedback skills;
· I as a communicator.
BUSINESS SKILLS:
· project management;
· business plan/ planning (պլան թե՞ պլանավորում);
· time management;
trade skills;
· negotiation skills;
· financial literacy.
