Dear Students,

This is to notify that that in the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year, pursuant to the “Procedure for Providing Student Allowances and State Scholarships in Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Armenia” (approved by Decision N1183-N on July 27, 2006) and the “Regulation on Allocation of State and Internal Student Allowances and Scholarships of ‘Shirak State University named after M. Nalbandyan’ Foundation (New Edition)” (approved at the Scientific Council session on August 31, 2026), full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s students with eligible status may submit an application along with the required documents to their faculty dean to receive an internal university tuition fee discount. Students majoring in “Preliminary Military Training” should submit their applications to the Head of the Military Department by September 28, 2026, inclusive.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
