Along the trajectory of scientific thought: a training aimed at developing research skills was held at SUSh

On April 9-17, 2026, a training aimed at preparing scientific papers and developing research skills for the academic staff was held at State University of Shirak, coordinated by the Scienctific Policy and Innovation Center.

The training was conducted by Vardan Manukyan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Mathematics, Physics and IT, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Around 30 representatives of the academic staff participated in the training.

In accordance with the training program, V. Manukyan presented to the participants the phases of scientific research in the first stage of the training; in the second stage – the classification and features of scientific research works; and in the third phase, he addressed the rules and features of citing references when conducting scientific research work, as well as the issues of academic integrity and plagiarism.

The training was conducted in an atmosphere of lively discussions, exchange of opinions, and the proposal of solutions to the issues raised.
