On the occasion of the Day of the Army, by the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan the Head of the Military Chair of “M. Nalbandyan State University of Shirak” Foundation, Colonel Artur Mkrtchyan was awarded the “Andranik Ozanyan” Departmental Medal.
