Meeting with Linguist Hrach Martirosyan at State University of Shirak

On October 29, Shirak State University hosted a meeting with Armenian linguist and Armenologist Hrach Martirosyan, organized by the Department of Armenian Language and Literature.

The discussion focused on the origins of languages and various interesting aspects of the Indo-European language family. Special attention was given to the etymology of core Armenian vocabulary, as well as to its similarities and differences with other languages.

The event was attended by students and lecturers of the Faculty of Humanities, along with guests from other educational institutions.

The meeting took place in a productive and engaging atmosphere, and both sides expressed interest in continuing such discussions in the future.
