Meeting of the SUSh Rector with First-Year Ststudent

The rector of  State University of Shirak, Yervand Serobyan, had a meeting with first-year students.

The rector presented the nearly century-long history, mission, and vision of the university to the students,emphasizing that SUSh plays an important role in the region,and that, thanks to its graduates, it has made a significant contribution to the scientific, educational, and socio-political life of the country.

He also spoke about the successes recorded in the 2025 institutional accreditation process and the events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university,on the occasion of which distinguished members of the university received high government awards.

The meeting was held in an open and cordial atmosphere. Students raised questions concerning the educational process, the system of tuition discounts, the enrichment of the library collection, and the diversity of student life.

Yervand Serobyan answered the students’ questions in detail,and he gave the book “In the Pages of the Chronicle of  State University of Shirak” to the student who asked the first question.
