Day of Knowledge and Schooling at ShSU: The 2026-2027 Academic Year Has Begun

The first day of the 2026-2027 academic year at Shirak State University launched in a festive and high-spirited atmosphere.
ShSU Rector Yervand Serobyan warmly welcomed the participants of the festive event. He wished the students boundless energy, productive years of study, and new achievements.
The university community was also greeted by Irina Manukyan, President of the ShSU Student Council and Arshak Poghosyan, Head of University Cooperation and Student Recruitment at the “Teach for Armenia” Educational Foundation.

Afterward, Rector Yervand Serobyan congratulated and handed certificates to the first-year students who achieved excellent results in the 2026-2027 admissions exams and earned the title of “Best ShSU Applicant.”
The military band of the Shirak Garrison made the day’s festive atmosphere even warmer and more inspiring.
During the event, the faculty deans and the Head of the Military Department presented the first-year students with their ShSU student IDs and badges.
Following the conclusion of the festive events, Rector Y. Serobyan held classroom meetings with the first-year students.
