Writer and Educator Vachagan Sargsyan at Shirak State University
Today, Vachagan Sargsyan—a writer, educator, translator and editor-in-chief of the weekly newspaper “9th Miracle”— visited Shirak State University.
Since his student years, Vachagan Sargsyan has published poems, articles and children’s literary works in the national press. He has also written under the literary pseudonym VAS.
V. Sargsyan is the author of numerous books, manuals and textbooks dedicated to the Armenian language. He has also edited several books and translated more than a dozen scientific and literary works.
During the meeting, an active discussion took place on the topic of children’s literature.
At the end of the presentation, M. Khachatryan, Head of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature, highlighted V. Sargsyan’s rich literary and creative path and emphasized the importance of his mission.
