Tribute to the Heroes of the 44-Day War

The staff and students of Shirak State University paid tribute to the memory of the brave sons who lost their lives in the 44-day war. They laid flowers near the memorial dedicated to the Nalbandyan family and at the Heroes’ Memorial Corner of the university.

In his speech, the Rector of Shirak State University, Yervand Serobyan, emphasized that the homeland is strengthened through unity, action, dedication, and selfless work. Paying tribute to the fallen, he also added that beside us and in our ranks stand those sons of Armenia who have passed through the fire of war, who by their virtue and courage are true heroes, and that we bow before all the defenders of our Homeland.
