The RA Defense Minister awarded the Head of the Military Chair of Shirak State University

By  order of the Defense Minister of of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan, Colonel Artur Mkrtchyan, the Head of the Military Chair of Shirak State University after M. Nalbandyan, was awarded the 4th degree medal for “Impeccable Service”.

ShSU Rector Mr. Yervand Serobyan handed over the medal to Colonel Artur Mkrtchyan during the extended session of the Rector’s office held today. On behalf of the entire university Faculty and staff, he heartily congratulated the colonel and wished our homeland  never to lack patriotic and responsible officers like Artur Mkrtchyan.
