Meeting-discussion with the employers of SUSH
According to the “Student Needs Identification and Support Procedure” of SUSH, the last meeting of this phase, which is carried out after the end of each exam period in order to highlight students’ needs and identify their possible solutions, was with the employers of SUSH, where the students of the university spent their educational and production internships in the previous semester. . More than thirty employers participated in the meeting.
Yervand Serobyan, the rector of SUSH, first thanked the participants for giving their time and attending the meeting, noting that one of the university’s strategic priorities is strengthening and expanding the relationship with employers. Rector E. Serobyan added that the main goal of this meeting is discussion, during which it will be possible to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the students, which were revealed during the internships.
The vice-rector of the educational process management center, JP Nazeli Avetisyan through a slide show introduced the current involvement of employers in the management system of the SUSH, in the educational process, presenting the new format developed for cooperation between employers and the SUSH.
As a result of the collective discussion, the recommendations of the employers regarding the acquired skills and abilities of the students in the direction of individual professions were clarified.
At the end of the meeting, Yervand Serobyan, the rector of SUSH, presented letters of gratitude to the employers of the university for effective cooperation.
