“Effective Mentoring” course at SUSh

Shoghik Mikayelyan, executive director of the “Nor Luyce” mentoring centre for young people NGO, with the coordination of the Educational and Methodological Process Management Center, delivered a course in “Effective Mentoring” at the State University of Shirak with the aim of creating a mentoring institution.

Shoghik Mikayelyan initially presented the significance of mentoring in the educational system then referred to the core types and the essence of mentorship. She also introduced the qualities of successful mentees and mentors, as well as the steps necessary to achieve success in the field of mentoring.

At the end of the meeting Sh. Mikaelyan answered the questions from participants.
