The final workshop of the project ‘’Relics from the Verbal Culture of Shirak’’ was held

The project ‘’Relics from the Verbal Culture of Shirak” was summed up at Shirak State

University carried out by co-founding of RA Mo  ESCS grant and SUSh. The managerial staff, employees, students of SUSh as well as invitees, who had volunteered in the project took part in the final workshop of the project.

The Project Manager Hovik Melqonyan gave an opening speech summarizing work done and evaluating not only the working staff’s but also the University managerial staff’s and supporters’ efforts in the project implementation.

The Rector of Shirak  State University Ervand Serobyan greeted the workshop participants and once again highlighted the effective implementation of the project oriented at the preservation of intangible cultural heritage by the University Team, emphasizing the involvement of the students of SUSh in this work as well. The Rector of  SUSh  also handed  certificates of appreciation to the persons who supported the project.

The coordinator of the project Anna Martikyan presented the project and the results, quoted the digital indexes about the visited communities and narrators, mentioned that final results of the  project were arranged in an accessible format for different layers of the society, namely scientific articles and media contents, guidebooks and videofilms, websites on social networks.
