Summer school: fourth day
On the fourth day of the summer school, attendees were introduced to the history and functions of the Military Chair, an institution dedicated to the training of educators specializing in “Preliminary Military Training”. Following this, they undertook a guided tour of the facility, engaged in a session on fire training, and subsequently proceeded to visit the SUSh college. In the college, majors were represented by separate booths. The college students introduced the summer school students to their professions, presenting the features and advantages of each. After becoming acquainted with the professions, the students followed the tradition established in the college and posted a picture reflecting their emotions on the “Wall of Moods”. In the second half of the day, participants enjoyed an active rest at the historical and cultural monuments of Shirak province – Harichavank and Lmbatavank. They acquainted themselves with the history of ancient Armenian monasteries and returned to Gyumri imbued with profound and vivid impressions.
