Scientific seminar on “Kinematic approaches in mathematical problems” at SUSh

The regular scientific seminar on the topic “Kinematic Approaches in Mathematical Problems,” was held at the Chair of “Mathematics, Physics and Information Technologies” of SUSh, the speaker of which was Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Vardan Manukyan.

The research was conducted with the financial support of the HESC of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, within the framework of the scientific topic code 25RG-5C032.

During the seminar, alternative kinematic methods for determining various mathematical characteristics of curves were presented, which are based on physical modeling and analysis of the motion of mechanical systems.

It was shown how the “traditional” toolkit of integral calculus can be replaced with intuitive physical solutions, revealing deep interdisciplinary connections and stimulating learners’ creative thinking.

At the end of the meeting, V. Manukyan answered the participants’ questions.
