Meeting-discussion with university quality supporter-lecturers

On November 7, Gayane Avetisyan, Head of the Quality Assurance Department of Shirak State University, held a working discussion with the university’s quality supporter-lecturers.
During the meeting, G. Avetisyan touched upon the importance of the role of lecturer-supporters, noting that such meetings provide an opportunity to talk with lecturers and receive important information about the needs of both lecturers and students. She presented the process implemented for institutional accreditation, emphasizing the role of lecturer-supporters.
Then, Shushanna Sahakyan, responsible for quality assurance, presented to the lecturer-supporters the analysis of the surveys conducted by students in the 2023-2024 academic year to assess the professional, pedagogical and organizational competencies of the teaching staff. She noted that it is very important to be in constant contact with the quality assurance department in order to identify existing problems.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of active discussions as well as questions and answers.
