Focus Group Meeting at State University of Shirak

A focus group meeting with student participation was conducted at Shirak State University by the University’s Quality Assurance Department.

The primary objective of the meeting was to identify students’ academic and social needs related to the educational environment, the performance of faculty dean’s offices and academic departments, the University’s material and technical resources, advisory and counseling services, accessibility of information, administrative procedures, and other relevant institutional processes.

Based on the results of the surveys and ensuing discussions, the key concerns raised by students were identified. Appropriate measures will be undertaken in the near future to address the issues highlighted.
