Discussion with SUSh Employers Aimed at Identifying Students’ Needs

On May 2, in the conference hall of State University of Shirak, a meeting-discussion was held with the University’s partner employers in accordance with the “Regulation on the Identification and Support of Students’ Needs.” The meeting brought together those employers with whom SUSh students had completed their pedagogical, academic, and industrial internships during the previous semester. Approximately 30 employers participated in the discussion.

The primary objective of the meeting was to identify students’ needs and to discuss possible solutions to address them.

Nazeli Avetisyan, Acting Vice-Rector and Director of the Center for Academic Process Management at SUSh, presented the key areas of cooperation between the University and employers and expressed her gratitude for their participation. She emphasized the significant role employers play not only in organizing and supervising student internships, but also in the University’s governance and academic processes — including their involvement in the work of methodological councils of academic programs, the institute of co-supervision of Master’s theses, and the organization of state final assessment procedures.

The meeting concluded with an active discussion and a Q&A session, fostering constructive dialogue and further strengthening collaboration between the University and its partners.
