Session 52 /28.02.2022/

On February 28, 2022, the remote session of the Center for Scientific Policy, Quality Assurance and Management with quality assurance coordinators of SUSh chairs was held. The director of CSPQAM A. Sargsyan presented to the participants the results of analysis of a number of surveys for the 2020-2021 academic year. They are the following:

1. surveys on the assessment of the education received by the bachelor’s graduates of SUSh, on the professional and organizational ratings of the University
2. surveys among employers
3. surveys on the assessment of SUSh students’ expectations from the professional and organizational ratings of the University
4. surveys on the assessment of the University management system, administrative structures and processes by SUSh academic staff
5. surveys on the assessment of lecturer’s satisfaction with the process of distance learning and needs in SUSh
6. surveys on the assessment of student’s satisfaction with the process of distance learning and needs in SUSh
7. surveys on the assessment of SUSh students’ satisfaction with the education received at the University, professional and organizational works of the University

Sargsyan noted that the analyses would be presented both to the heads of the chairs and deans. At the same time, she instructed the quality assurance coordinators to discuss the results of the presented analyses in the departments.
